Chapter 1, Communication rules

• Respect
  • Disrespectful behavior, word choice, threats, or actions are not tolerated and is strictly forbidden, Please let us know if you're being threatened or disrespected!
    • This is another self-explanatory one, we do NOT, under ANY circumstances allow anyone to be threatened or disrespected. If you're acting disrespectful, sexist, racist, homophobic, threatening or hunting another community member you should expect a swift ban.

• Malicious content.

  • Grabify Links, Virus downloads, etc. Is prohibited and will result in an immediate ban

• Spamming.

  • Message spamming, voice changing, soundboards, "earrape" or other highly annoying or potentially harmful actions are prohibited and may end up permanently muting you.

• No Advertising
  • A lot of advertisements these days are sadly scams, especially from unwanted/unapproved advertisements which is why we've decided to disallow any advertisements that we haven't reviewed beforehand. Don't click on random links!

• Speak and chat in English only.

Chapter 2, Gameplay rules

• Skins & Names.
  • No NSFW is allowed.
  • No racist, disrespectful or sexist words or depictions.
    • Players who have been banned for this reason may be unbanned if they change what broke the rule prior to appealing their ban.

• Modded Clients.
  • Certain mods are permitted, generally these are what's normally called 'Client Mods', essentially meaning it doesn't change or mess with the data that is being sent between the server and you. These include, but are not limited to; Performance mods, Visual and audio mods (Such as extra sound effects or visual effects), Minimaps and certain build-assistants as long as they do not alter with how you place blocks, or you can disable those features. For example; Litematica is permitted as long as you disable the feature they call 'Easy Place Mode'.
  • Cheat client / Hacked clients are mods that contain features that are designed with giving you an unfair advantage in mind. These functions are, but not limited to:
    Killaura, Reach, Flight, Autoplace, Freecam, Xray (Includes texture-packs) and many, many more.
• Alternate accounts and ban evading.
  • Playing on the server, you're allowed to log on-to the server with a max of one account, to be permitted to access the server through a different account, please contact us via a support ticket on the discord. 
  • To log on-to our servers with an alternate account, you must not be currently serving a stricter punishment such as a temporary ban. If you decide to try to play on the server using an alternate account whilst you are being punished, you may face yourself with a permanent ban.
• Bribes and scams.
  • Bribing and scamming other players is not permitted.

• Griefing and stealing.
  • Griefing, the act of destroying or altering other players' builds without the build owner's permission is not allowed on the server, we're not a PvP server.
  • Stealing is also not allowed. We're not against each other, we're helping each other. Stealing includes from other players' chests located in their bases or other areas where they've set up their things, as well as 'looting' items off of a player who's recently died.
